I’ve been ordering from Plat Pharma for a few years now. Their customer service and products can never be faulted. Great communication, great products, great pricing and a great customer experience. They are always happy to help out even if I do forget to add items to my order, they quite happily amended the order prior to payment.

The products are second to none, and can’t be faulted. All legit stuff.
I’ve placed multiple orders now and have never come across a company that keeps you up to date and informed as the process goes along. Yeah there can be delays, but you are kept updated from the Plat Team.

As we’re sure you’re aware ,this is a very complicated industry. And sometimes there are tings that happen that are out of out control (look what happened in April) however we are committed to making sure every one of our customers are kept in the loop and given all the appropriate options moving forward. We are not like other companies to go MIA in times of disruption.

Another delivery received with absolutely no issues. This would be about the 6th or 7th time ordering and always so responsive plus keep you up to date at every step of the way. The product is always of the highest quality and I will be placing another order on some compounds im getting low on after the end of September holiday period. Really happy with my overall experience. There was a slight delay with my order, but the way they handled it was excellent. Communication was professional and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated. It’s great to see a company that genuinely looks after its customers when things don’t go perfectly. Very impressed with the service and would happily recommend them.
