Every order has arrived to us in Australia. All enquiries are answered promptly and honestly. Products are good quality. I ordered from another Chinese vendor and my parcel was seized. Never had that problem with Plati. I feel lucky to have found them.

These guys are the real deal. This would be my 5th order from them now. I ordered just as they were winding down in December where there was low staffing numbers and low stock. As the tile suggests I remained patient and recived my order yesterday. Constant, open communication with the team gave me the piece of mind and confidence to know they were doing everything they could to get my order to me.
Id like to note that all other orders throughout the year have come between 10-20 days. I coud not recommend them enough. Can’t wait to order again. Thanks for doing what you are doing guys, keep it up.

We know that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan. Sometimes, there are unexpected wait times. Not because of our poor planning or lack of effort but because this is how this industry goes sometimes. Our staff try their best at all times to ensure that in situations like this we keep you updated and give you options along the way. It’s a very stressful time for us as well when this happens..hundreds of inquiries coming in over night and we get flood with more work than normal. So it helps a great deal when you’re able to remain patient and level headed throughout the process. Really awesome review- thank you.
