Shipping Information

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed  within 2-4 business days. (Monday- Friday) 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer discreet and fast shipping to your specified delivery address.
Shipping costs are calculated per 500g. For larger orders, we may, at our discretion, divide the shipment into separate parcels. Should this be necessary, we will inform you in advance.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. If you have any questions regarding shipping to a specific location, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You will also receive real-time updates on key movements of your package.

5. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
If a package is lost or missing, we will reship it once at no additional cost. If a package is held at border control, we will reship it free of charge, provided you supply a new delivery address. Reshipping to the same address will incur a fee of 50% of the original order amount. Refunds are not provided; instead, we offer a free reshipment.

Returns and Refunds

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the order is canceled within 48 hours of payment and before the shipment has been dispatched.

2. Refund Process

You are entitled to request a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, you will need to place a new order. Please ensure you are confident in your product selection when placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.
