Once an item has been shipped, it is challenging to intercept the delivery, and therefore, we do not accept returns. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of payment.

By default, all orders are shipped without labels to ensure the best possible chance of timely delivery. We will provide a list of allocated numbers corresponding to each product for easy identification upon arrival.If you prefer labeled products, please let us know when confirming your order. Labels are provided free of charge and are shipped separately for smoother customs processing; they may arrive before or after your products.
We have found this method to be the safest and most reliable, with an exceptionally low incidence of seizures.

Generally, packages will arrive within 10-14 days. For those in rural areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days. Australian clients can typically expect faster delivery times of 8-12 days. For European customers, depending on the country, delivery is usually around 9 days. USA orders have been slower since May 1- typically 3 weeks.
