Once an item has been shipped, it is challenging to intercept the delivery, and therefore, we do not accept returns. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of payment.

All standard orders are shipped without labels. This helps reduce customs scrutiny and improves the likelihood of smooth delivery.

Labeling is only arranged for bulk or wholesale orders. If your order qualifies for bulk labeling, this can be discussed during order confirmation.

Generally, packages will arrive within 10-14 days. For those in rural areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days. Australian clients can typically expect faster delivery times of 8-12 days. For European customers, depending on the country, delivery is usually around 9 days. USA orders have been slower since May 1- typically 3 weeks.
