Very good communication from the team had a little delay on delivery but they explained everything to me. I would highly recommend buying from them and without the delay in delivery they are definitely 5 star. Product is perfect i could not be happier with my experience

Would I buy from them again? .. Yes and won’t shop anywhere else. I definitely recommend Platinum to anyone looking to buy from them. The quality of products and customer service and knowledge from Platinum is second to none. I used a third party test kit for extra reassurance and the product passed with flying colours. Customer service is always responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Products arrived well within the time frame given. What more could you ask for!

The Plat team are by far THE BEST supplier I have dealt with in the last 3 years since my TRT, PED journey started. Im not a big volume customer but O has gone the extra mile in helping me every step of the way. So even the small purchaser is important to them. Great communication competitive pricing, complete range of products and sometimes much cheaper than other sites I have used.

Got a product that didn’t work and gave it to 3 others who said the same thing so assuming it’s fake or incorrect product although I had this issue they did offer a refund
