Due to the nature of our business and the products we supply, we cannot accept returns beyond the specified cancellation period. All orders must be canceled within 48 hours of payment to receive a full refund. Once this period has passed and your order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

To cancel an order, please notify us within 48 hours of payment. If we are not contacted within this timeframe, there is a strong possibility that the order cannot be canceled.

In the event that a shipment is lost by an international or local carrier and we receive official non-delivery confirmation, we will reship your order at no additional cost. However, if the carrier confirms that the shipment has been delivered, we will consider our obligation fulfilled and will not offer a free reshipment.

We take every precaution to ensure accurate order fulfillment. All shipments are carefully documented and photographed. In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately with a photo of your delivery. To prevent fraudulent claims, your order and provided photo will be verified against our internal records.
