All orders are shipped directly from our warehouses in Hong Kong, where our products are manufactured. At this time, we do not have distribution centers in other countries.

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive real-time updates on the status of your shipment from our PlatTrack system. A tracking number and a link for tracking your parcel will also be provided. 
In the event your tracking ID cannot be integrated with our system, you can email us updates and we'll get back to you with up to date information.

For changes to an existing order, please contact us within 48 hours of payment. If your request is made after this period, the order may already be processed, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Once an item has been shipped, it is challenging to intercept the delivery, and therefore, we do not accept returns. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of payment.

All standard orders are shipped without labels. This helps reduce customs scrutiny and improves the likelihood of smooth delivery.
We have found this method to be the safest and most reliable, with an exceptionally low incidence of seizures.

Products can be easily identified using the product list provided with your order confirmation.

Labeling is only arranged for bulk or wholesale orders. If your order qualifies for bulk labeling, this can be discussed during order confirmation.
